Horrible Food. I was taken there today for the first time. My son and daughter-in-law took me for Mother’s Day. They raved on how good the food was there. They recommended the biscuits and gravy. They said that you used cheddar biscuits and gravy was awesome. Unfortunately what I had was hardly edible. The gravy was salty very salty and had lumps in it. The biscuits I couldn’t hardly eat because they were dry. My son and daughter-in-law were upset because they knew the food was better than what we had. I do have to give you some credit the potatoes that we had with our biscuits and gravy you were awesome done to perfection.
Local Coffee. We were warmly greeted upon entering and promptly seated. After some deliberation I ordered bangers and mash while my lovely bride chose hash. Both meals were good. Servers were courteous and friendly. A huge factor for both of us is that they serve a high quality locally roasted coffee. An added bonus was gluten free options. Prices are right in line with other downtown establishments. We will dine here again.

Had lunch today- staff very friendly. Burger great, onion rings not so much. Prices reasonable for a hotel restaurant. We will come back and try it again!

Ate there yesterday and today, was pleased with the service, food and the restaurant itself. It’s part of the Northern Hotel building on the corner.The menu has lots of inventive stuff on it along with the old standbys.I will certainly be back.
