What happened to costumers coming first?!?!?!. I must say being the yogurt connoisseur I am I was VERY disapointed! Treats are supposed to make you smile in my opnion, but I walked in was NOT greeted got one sample and turned around and left because the entire time I was being glared at and felt extremely uncomfortable on top of sour yogurt!!! Will NOT be returning!!!
Yogurt with a frown. I was looking for a pick-me-up. wrong place to go for that. instead I got yelled at as did my 9 year old son who dripped a tiny drop off strawberry syrup on the counter. Really? Lighten up. Geezz.
The yogurt was good, but the cashier was really rude! She had no customer service skills, not even a smile. She cussed at one of the other workers there. Also the place was crowded, not enough room to move around!
A nice option to have.. BBY is a nice alternative to the usual ice cream joint. You serve yourself from the assortment of 6-10 yogurt flavors, and lots of topping options. (ranging from fruity pebbles to animal cookies.) It would be nice if they offered fresh fruit instead of the pre packaged stuff.Seating is limited, causing me to take my yogurt to go most of the time.
Yuk!! Don’t like this.. I used to think this self-serve yogurt was ok. Yuk! I’ve tasted Great Yogurt now and have decided that I wouldn’t serve BBY to my dog. It’s crap. There are other places in the state that serve froyo that is made fresh every day. I think BBY gets there yogurt from a powder mix or a frozen mix that they don’t even make in the store. I won’t ever eat in this place again. Two thumbs down to you BBY. The only reason you can call yourself BBY is that there aren’t any other FroYo places here.
So good! Just went for our first time and loved it. For four of us, it was under $10. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will be coming back as it keeps warming up.
So delicious!. Finally a frozen yogurt place in Billings. Self serve too makes it easy, especially for kids. You can taste samples. You pay by the ounce. This place is great, and by the movie theater.
