We have always had delightful service and yummy yogurt! BBY has the most options in town but is quite far for us to travel.
I used to go to bby frequently, when it was the only yogurt shop in town. Now that there are alternative options, I will not be returning anytime soon. The quality of the yogurt is poor and the inside is very drabby and depressing. The flavors of yogurt are changed so often, I usually settled for a flavor, and left umsatisfied. Also, I prefer fresh fruit, over the cheap frozen stuff. Just sayin.
Frustration. I used to be a fan of Billings Best Yogurt, but I am not anymore. I witnessed the owner being extremely rude to her OWN EMPLOYEES, but then acting totally different with customers. Customer service is important, but it’s also crucial to respect your employees as well. Personally, I would like to take my business where I know employees are being treated well. I would encourage you to try Spinners (where the yogurt is of much better quality) or U Do Yogurt (where the employees are exceptionally helpful). WIth other great options in town, it’s easy to find new spots to try. I will not be returning to BBY any time soon.
