Great atmosphere but food and wine service gone south for awhile now.
Worst Service in Billings. The food can not overcome the Most pathetic excuse for service we’ve ever had. All wait staff gathered at the end of the bar and gossiped while we sat without wine for about 15 minutes. Our salads and appetizer came all at once, while our entrees took 1.5 hours from the time we got our first course. Our waitress seemed annoyed with us and huffed and puffed when we asked for new silverware when mine was dirty. I don’t know how people can enjoy the food when the service is so poor. We will NOT be back.
Just a great little place. We have eaten here several times and the food has always been good. We generally order several tapas plates and they have all been quite tasty. The wine selection is excellent as is thei selection of microbrews.
I have been to this place a couple times and had some of the worst service I have ever experience. The ambiance is cool and urban but unfortunately a very aweful experience.
Enjoyable!. Visited this place last week, enjoyed the salami, cheese platter along with tuna & duck. Tapas are the way to go to enjoy a broader selection without the excess quantity! Try the orange creamsicle cheesecake-fun and delicious!
Is This The Same Restaurant. After reading the positive reviews we decided to check out Bin119. Our experience was that while the decor is nice, the food leaves much to be desired, at least with respect to what we ordered.I ordered the grilled poached pear & blue cheese panini. It was OK but the pears were still somewhat raw (I have had this type of sandwich before and it was done much better). The onion soup was very good and I wish that I had ordered a bowl of that and left it at that.My lunch date ordered a turkey & havarti cheese wrap. This was really sub-par (I ate 1/2 of it). Basically it was a cold tomato tortilla/wrap with lunch meat turkey, lettuce and grated cheddar cheese (no havarti to be found). Cold & really bland. The soup (Chicken Noodle) was reportedly good.In the end we were very disappointed with Bin119 and that disappoints me because there are so few good restaurants in Billings that I was hoping that this would be a good one.
Great quick lunch with solid non-intimidating wine menu. Steak salad was tasty, both sauv blancs great. Comfortable atmosphere with sorta predictable music (jack johnson, john Mayer, etc.). Waitress was fantastic and quick without seeming hurried. Only observation/issue was the inefficient bartender who could have been helping the overloaded waitstaff instead of texting.
