Dirty, bad service.. This place is run by children. The wait staff all seem no older than sophomores in high school. It was very dirty. Tables needed to be bused, restrooms had trash all over the floor and dirty toilets, and the salad bar needed to be stocked and cleaned (food mixed together and on the floor all around it and a lot of the options were almost gone). I could hear people cussing and yelling in the kitchen while we filled our drinks! When I mentioned this to our party helper I got brushed off. The play area was also dirty and employees were playing the arcade games. Maybe they weren’t on the clock but it seemed really unprofessional to us. The person in the Chuck E. costume was good with our kids however and they did put on a cute little show for us that our kids enjoyed a lot. We brought our own cake which they stored and cut for us. The employees were great with the kids and party stuff just bad at housekeeping and acting professional. Food was okay. Kind of expensive.
