Not even good by Billings standards. No more edible than the Olive Garden. Heaps of carbs soaked in saturated fat. Nothing fresh, subtle, authentic or unique about it. Loud music, tacky interior. They require the female waitstaff to keep the necklines low, however, so there is that.
Not worth the money. You’d think that an Italian restaurant would do a good job on signature dishes such as eggplant parmesan and lasagna – but this was not the case. The parm wasn’t baked but put together with layers of sauce and not enough filling, the eggplant not tender. The lasagna was too salty, also lacked ricotta and mozzarella filling. The tomato sauce in both dishes was suspiciously can originated. The fried calamari appetizer came out in one minute but half cooked with the breading falling off. Finally there were so many bus people bothering us for dishes we hadn’t finished that I had to say that I wanted to have a private conversation. Couldn’t finish the parm or the lasagna and declined the takeaway containers. I should have known better when I saw the lamainated menu. This is fast food Italian at its worst.
