Everything was okay… Questions were answered very well. The server was friendly, but as soon as the check was dropped off never to be seen again. The food was definitely truck stop food. Not bad, not great. The only real complaint I have is the restrooms were smelly and not very clean. Other then that we might go back.
Of all the options in this town, one of the best, and this is actually sad, not because there is anything wrong with Cracker Barrel, but because the options in this town are so sadly limited. I have always been a fan of Cracker Barrel as a one time truck driver, if there wasn’t a truck stop in a town, I knew I could always slide into a Cracker Barrel for a good meal. I love the old country store vibe with all the antiques and what not, and the roaring fire in these Montana winters is always welcome. They have great breakfast, which you can get all day long, as well as a menu that appeals to my Texan/ Southern heart. They also have sweet tea, another Southern favorite of mine. We tend to eat here once a week, and have developed a great relationship with a couple of the servers there, but they are all really good, and are trained really well. Real good food. Very reasonable prices, especially for all the food you get, and all served by a great staff in a very pleasant atmosphere.
Grandkids loved it!. I treated my grandkids to the Cracker Barrel experience and they loved it. It’s one of the few places you can get something for everyone. Prices are excellent for the amount and quality of food you get. We had a blast! The folksy interior and fun games at each table made this enjoyable. The only down side was that none of the servers smiled–ever. I’ve eaten at some CB’s in the south and the staff was always very pleasant. Try the sweet tea–I loved it and I hate tea! Try the biscuits…amazing. My granddaughter devoured her sweet potato, mac and cheese, and grilled cheese sand. The strawberry lemonade is also a must!
ANother premade chain restaurant. I swear this food is premade and just heated up at cracker barrel. The staff is slow and rude at times. JUst because they have stars doesnt mean they are the greatest. Seriously people make the same food at home and save yourself a trip.
Great food and great service! Home town cooking with a nostalgia gift shop. Love it!
Quaint, Everything you expect. The service was slow, it definitely seemed like an older crowd for breakfast on a Monday morning. I don’t think I’d go back, but it’s a fun environment with lots to entertain you while waiting around for your server.
Unmemorable. Food’s ok, coffee’s drinkable, (just). But doesn’t do much for me.
