Never again. My sister and I went in there for lunch we order ribs and the little guy said will that be it I said ya so it came up to 30 something and he said can I get your change after I gave him two twenties I said no we sat down and the ribs r cold 30 bucks and cold ribs billings beware bad service and food
Eat my words. I will eat my words. I just got done talking about how Dickeys does not run outof sides and how Blues once again had no Yams tonight. We all chose to eat at Dickyes after I posted about the sides. We order ribs and Coleslaw and Mac and cheese to pick up. I get there 25 minutes later and he tells me that they have no slaw.He used the old truck didnt bring it excuse. He should have told me that on the phone!!! As an older kid I worked in some of Billings finest restuarants (including the Rex) and if they ran out of something they sent the dishwasher to Albertsons or where ever. These places dont care about service anymore. As long as they get your money they are fine. Will never go there again. I wish someone would open a real BBQ. In the south they make darn sure that they dont run out of stuff. Their word is their life. I forgot to mention that I called Old reliable (tinys tavern) best slaw in Billings and ordered a pint to pick up right in front of the owner of Dickeys. He charged full price and said I can get you some potato salad. I friken hate potato salad. I will never do Business with that man again. Dumb move on his part!!!!!!!29 Mar, 2014Sunshine. We have eaten there a few times and sometimes really good and sometimes so so. The 1 thing that you can count on is that they will always have their sides unlike Blues BBQ. Two Saturdays in a row at 5:30 PM we have called Blue and wanted to eat their food but at 5:30 they claim to be out of Yams for the evening so we went back to Dickies. If you are not going to make something then take it off the damn menu. We like Dickies ribs alot better than Blues but we like blues yams. Dickies has good slaw and Mac and cheese.
It was a great atmosphere, workers were very friendly! FREE ICE CREAM! Come on! Great food, a little on the cold side, however friend foods still seems hot & fresh, just an all around great place! How ever out of potato salad…
Not impressed. Out of ham, mac and cheese, green beans and soda lids. Terrible cole slaw. Cold meat. Once is enough.
Great BBQ!. I have now been to Dickies BBQ twice and have enjoyed it both times. The first time I ordered a platter and enjoyed it. The second time I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and again I have not been disappointed.
The food has been great here everytime (5 times). Always fresh, great staff, fast service, quality food. Also, another great, affordable restaurant.
I have Dickeys a few times since opening. They seem to have started rough, but are coming around. I went last night towards closing and they still had all products fresh and on hand. The crew and manager were all so friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely keep going back. Delicious BBQ…
