Wrong made right. Ordered by phone – female by name of Crystal answered. I asked for white sauce, she said ‘light’? Everything I had to say loud and repeat. She asks me to talk louder, I say I’m already talking loud on my side (because she kept asking me to repeat, duh). I get the pizza and after the guy left I find it has sliced sausage on it, I asked for italian sausage, not the sliced. She offered me $10 off the next order or a new pizza done right now. Hmmm, this is dinner, I won’t eat it with the sliced sausage, so yeah, new pizza please. I have to give her the full list of toppings again and begin with white sauce to which she again asks ‘light sauce?’ NOOOOO, WHITE SAUCE – I ask don’t they have the list from my order just 30 min ago? Am told she has to ask for them again. So I have to repeat it again. They re-made my pizza and got it to me quickly. Tastes great. I gave them the other pizza back although he said I could keep it, but why keep it if not going to eat it… yuck. Getting order wrong at first was not good, but their effort to make it right was very good and appreciated
Surprisingly Good. This is the first time we’ve ordered Domino’s since they introduced their new pizza. We ordered online, and they have a cool tracker where you can track the progress of your order. Very neat! Our order estimation was 30-40 minutes, and it only took 20 minutes from ordering to having it at our door. We had thin crust cheese pizza, and a hand-tossed onion & tomatoes pizza, plus cinna-stix, and bread-stix. All of it was very good.
