Service was ok, food was subpar. I ate here a few weeks ago for lunch. I ordered a chicken enchilada. The food was okay not anything to write home about. The Salsa was disgusting, actually I got served FROZEN salsa, let me repeat that again it was FROZEN. I was not impressed the soda I ordered seemed water down. I won’t be back as the food was overpriced and the customer service of the waitress was lackluster. I have ate a several Mexican restaurants in Billings over the years and Never had Frozen salsa anywhere!
Chips weren’t fresh or homemade but otherwise was quite tasty. Not bad for a Mexican restaurant so far from the Homeland!

Another great meal. Don Luis review.If you want a quiet atmosphere……forget it. Never in my life have I seen a quiet Mexican restaurant.If you want the best Mexican food in Billings…..this is the place. Friendly waitresses (Carmen) great service and awesome cooks and above all else great tasting food. I recommend any of the Sizzlin’ Fajitas (or anything else on the menu). You won’t leave hungry but take home the leftovers for another meal.We’ve been going there for years and have never been disappointed.
Very good Mexican food. The flavors are great & spicy! Not a big fan of having to pay for the chips & salsa and our waitress was very inattentive the entire meal. The food however, was amazing. Try the poppers for your appetizer.

Best and most Authentic Mexican in Town. Don Luis is run by a wonderful family who make authentic mexican food to die for! You will never leave hungry. In fact, you will probably be one of the many carrying home leftovers. Great atmosphere. Great service. The tamales are my very favorite.
