Worst experience for dinner. Smoke filled restaurant from clown cooks goofing off. Food was sub-par and not at all something we’d ever eat again. Epic fail huhot.
I didn’t mind the food. Had decent flavor and of you leave hungry its your fault. What I didn’t like was the fact that guy cooking the food kept throwing the spatulas and dropping them. Them Jed pick th up and use them again. I really liked when the girl cooking announced she needed to use the bathroom and walked away. The area to pick out your food is a mess.
The costomer reserves the right to choose the ingredients but once the ball is in the cooks hand the food loses flavor. They do not incorporate the sauces into the food, leaving it to evaporate. Friendly service and comfortable atmosphere are offered as well.
The sorriest attempt at Mongolian i have ever encountered. We tried it once and everything was overdone and the staff did not care at all.
Inconsistent. My husband and I have gone to HuHot a few times and each time we go alone we get the worst service. The food is good and the people who run the grill do a great job. Our issue is with the one waitress we always seem to end up with. We do not recommend this place if you are looking for great food we highly recommend it, if you are looking for good service look elsewhere.
The food and service were good. They need to take better care of the self-serve food bar. It looked messy. And what’s up with the rice & tortillas. They were superfluous. Monday is $1 longnnecks!
Who’s to Blame?. When the customer picks all the ingredients, who’s to blame if one likes or dislikes the food at a particular establishment? What the restaurant has to offer is service, and I must say the service and attitude of all the staff this evening was phenomenal. I will definitely return!
