Dirty restaurant that serves inferior food and while providing lousy service….This place could benefit from a visit from the health department; when I ate here not only was the food bar a complete mess but there was food splattered on the floor and walls… The servers seem like they’ve given up on the place and are simply going through the motions…And the food, well that is pathetically bad… The beef, for example is frozen and sliced into thin strips, I’m not sure what cut it comes from but it is has no marbling and even less flavor… It is basically a beef jerky cut, but without the beef jerky marinade…Honestly, if you think the food here is good, you either have lost the gift of taste or lost your grasp on reality….
New Management Makes all the Difference!. Hu Hot has had a new manager for a year now, and BOY has it turned that place around! The food prep area is kept clean and stocked, staff is friendly and helpful, the whole restaurant is clean and a great environment.They have a handy recipe guide to assist new customers and the wait staff will give you the breakdown if its your first visit!Ultimately your meal is decided by you; you can get exactly what you want. If you don’t like what you made, go up and try again!This is one of my favorite restaurants in Billings. I can get a healthy, flavorful meal for a great price and comfortable atmosphere. For those of you who found the food bland; remember, 5-6 ladles of sauce per bowl! Its hard to go wrong and there are so many combinations to try!Thank you Billings HuHot for all the delicious meals, and Dustin for being a spectacular manager. I will be back again and again!
