Appalling service. Went to try the new location on grand ave…..sat down at a dirty table and waited for ten minutes while the waitress ignored us and bussed tables for people who walked in after us. We got up and walked out I’ve heard great things about the food but we’ll never try it.
Best Mexican food in Billings. The food and prices can not be beat, Los Mayas has the best salsa and refried beans by far! I crave it. Sometimes the service can seem a bit rude but as some one who goes there quite often I assure you the food is worth the wait and the waitress/owner is really very nice.
Food was bland and slightly overpriced, with way too much iceberg lettuce, but would have been bearable except for the terrible unfriendly service and lack of any care for the atmosphere. Met my parents here at their suggestion having never tried it but finding parking outside on a busy Friday. When we entered the restaurant we were the only people there, which should have been my first hint. The lady serving checked On us exactly once after we ordered and never offered a drink refill to anyone at our table. Also, the booth we sat in was loose and when a couple sat down behind us and leaned back we were literally pushed past ninety degrees leaning foreward. Haven’t had a dining experience that bad in years and I will not be going back.
Worst service I ever had. They brought out our food but never gave us silverware to eat with so we left. Wont be back!
Went in for lunch. Ordered a drink and entree. got the drink. waitress never came back to give a refill. she brought lunch. never said a word while puting it on the table. never brought silverwear. I left without eating!
I expected better and more authentic Mexican food. The food had little flavor and the waitress/ owner was rude. The rice was good, Carne asada was not.
