The good and the bad. I have ate at rib and chop house a few times, some for lunch and a few times for dinner. The steaks are good, the fried tomatoes are good i have also had some good services. Also i have had some good lunches for a decent price. On that note the last couple times i have went has not been so good. In one particular case we had to have a steak sent back also the pasta dish was completely covered in butter, as we were sending orders back a few other tables were also sending orders back. Chef in training? i dont know. All of the fried apetizers are made up with the same batter,or so it seems they all taste the same. Would not recommend them, just another fried food. Perhaps they should use panko crumbs with the calamari, would be so much better. Just another franchise, Waiting for some real chefs in town.

Best calamari ever! Steaks are actually sizzling hot when they come out. If you are going to spend the money to eat a steak out this is the best place in Billings! Also the jumbalaya is the best in MT.

I love this small chain. The steaks are excellent. Good atmosphere as well

Big Disappointment. We moved to Billings in May and heard great things about this restaurant, parking lot is always full etc, so we gave it a try and were not happy. My wife ordered Salmon, which came out undercooked and raw in the middle, they took it back and cooked it some more, which took forever, and nobody really seemed to care, when it came back out it was just burnt and not much better. I don’t like to judge after one visit, but it was so bad I can’t give them another chance!

Good Ribs and Fried Green Tomatoes. It’s hard to imagine Greg’s problem in the place I ate at but surely the manager needs to be consulted. If he didn’t offer to pick up the tab for all, then I would be happy to write them off. We had reasonable priced ribs and friend green tomatoes. Wine and beer selection seemed OK. The quality of the waitpeople was open to question.

A bit cliche, but tasty. Outstanding wine-by-the-glass menu. I tried the pork kebab special and it was tender and tasty. Nikita was a great server and was quite efficient. The R&CH in Miles City definitely has better food execution in my honest opinion, but it was a good meal and I will probably be back when I roll through Billings again.
