  Very busy, exciting atmosphere. We had the spinach dip app & it was good. The corn & crab soup was perfectly filled with crab! It just could use a touch more spice. The ribs were fall off the bone good. The ribeye was one of the top 5 best we’ve tried. The satin pie was good as well as the creme brle. Just wished we would have been offered bread instead of having to ask for it.

  Very friendly wait staff. My server brought me a gluten free menu right away when I asked for it. Also, she went to ask if the desserts were gluten free and returned right away. Very polite. The food was great. Every waiter and waitress was smiling and seemed positive. Filet mignon was delicious. I enjoyed my meal and I will be back the next time I am in Billings.

  Constantly Disappointed. My husband and I live near the Rib & Chop house. Since the restaurant opened, we’ve eaten there frequently, mostly out of convenience. Marvelous atmosphere, but the food always leaves me wanting. Quality and serving size are not always consistent. We ordered a baseball cap steak once – never again. And each time we leave, I always have complaints about the wait staff – the crayon signatures are a little old. The last time we went, we sat in a booth in the bar. The noise on the other side of the wall ruined our evening. What’s the cajun thing? R&CH is a steakhouse in Montana. Sorry, I won’t be back.
