Needs Help. Met the wife here after work the other day as she was shopping in the area. First thing we noticed was that none of the tables had been bussed. Orders were backed up, (turns out 2 people did not bother to show up for their shift), and waste receptacles were overflowing. Burgers were decent, and prepared as ordered. However, we shared fries, had water to drink, and not much left of a $20 bill when finished.
Can’t ever get our order right. Every time we have ordered a pick up order it has NEVER been right. They cannot give you a total cost over the phone either so you can be prepared. Our order is constantly wrong. I will say one postive thing, sweet potato fries are excellent. Just slow slow slow service. Our office will no longer ordering from this restaurant.
Great burgers and fries. Similar to Five Guys
Pre-ordering was pointless. We pre-ordered our food online, and when my husband went to get it, it still wasn’t ready. He waited an additional 20 minutes supposedly for fries (really?), and they were still burnt and gross. For supposedly great burgers and fries, this place stinks. I will say when I contacted Mooyah Corporate, they offered me a free burger coupon (of course, only if I purchased something else), but they did forward my email onto the local franchise owner and he offered coupons for free burgers as well (without having to purchase anything else). That’s a nice gesture, but honestly don’t know that I’ll use them. Best part about the experience was the shakes.
