Lots of problems. First off, they sat four of us at a table the size of a postage stamp! Then there was no place to put our coats so we had to sit on them. Our drink order got screwed up. The service wasn’t too bad but the food was. The salad had little if any dressing on it and the marinara sauce had no flavor. Top it off with the very high noise level made the whole evening a bad experience. I do not recommend this place.
No More Chances. We have had 2 bad expirences with Olive Garden this year. Tonight we decided to give them another try. We placed a to go order over the phone and I went in to pick it up. The Hostess was very friendly and directed me to the bar. Another employee went to get my food and while he was running my payment he began to complain to another man about the people working that night. My heart sank but I tried to remain positive.When I got home I wished we had not even tried. There was not enough sauce on the alfredo which made it very dry. The pork was fatty and there was only 4 very small ravioli soaked in the meat juice of the veneto. 4 breadstick for the 2 orders and they were cold yet soggy.I’m afraid to say after years of liking Olive Garden very much that we are done. I will not do this again.
Alright. It’s decent chain restaurant food. Also, dustan, just to be clear this place doesn’t have specials so of course the server wouldn’t know since they don’t have them. Hosts are required to tell you about food that is about to go bad so they can sell it before they have to throw it out.
Blah. Go to Caio Mambo downtown, much better. Or if you must stay on the west end Johnny Carino’s has far better food quality.
These idiots served my mussels cold and when I sent them back they were hot because these goofballs stuck them in the microwave they admitted. Manager made it right but that’s what u expect at chain
The waitress didn’t know the specials the hostess told us about. Unable to modify toppings on a sandwich. Ended up with pizza that was decent.
