  Absolutely horrible food. It smelt nasty and the food tastes just as bad. Worst seafood I have ever had.

  Good food, ok service. Our server was great and very nice. While I was talking with my family, a girl came by and took my plate even though I wasn’t finished with it. When I told her I wasn’t done she had already stacked another plate on top of my meal and offered to give it back, gross.

  Normally when you visit Olive Garden or Red Lobster, you expect a long wait time, but diligent service once you’re seated. At this location, however, we experienced the opposite problem: we were seated right away, but had to endure long waits between visits from our server. Biscuits were not served until just before our meal arrived. It was such a long time before our meal arrived that our appetizers and salad had settled, and we were barely hungry anymore. The food was mostly consistent with all other Red Lobsters, but the fries (normally big, crispy and delicious when soaked in garlic butter) looked like they had just come from the nearest Wendy’s. Too bad.

  What you expect. It is what you expect for a national chain with a good reputation for consistency. The prices were a little higher than I remember last time, but not substantially. Our wait staff was very courteous and catered to our large family with 4 young children. (Mostly b/c we came before the huge dinner rush.) The kids’ food and appetizer came very quickly, the main entree for the adults took quite a while. The kids were done eating by the time ours arrived. I wouldn’t make it more than once a year experience. The biggest hit for all of us was their new sweet/hot shrimp. Very good!
