Never buy a gift certificate!!!!!. Rendevous casino- okay let me start out by saying I patron this restaurant on at least two times a week. I told hundreds of people about this restaurant patron it. Now with that being said I purchased gift certificate on the radio online auction for full price. They were $20 gift certificates each. Went into use them gave them a $20 gift certificate on the $12 bill they then proceeded to tell us that their policy is now changed and they will no longer allow you to use the remainder of the gift certificate on a future date if your bill is less than $20 they keep the remaining amount of the gift certificate. No why would I pay $20 for a gift card knowing I could never use the additional amount on a future visit. Not only have I been loyal and a patron and customer several days a week for the last two years but I’m absolutely shocked that this is how they do business. Any other business such as the radio stations in this town that do business with them needs to know that this is their policy when trying to sell these to the public. The Rondivoo gives the radio station these gift certificates to use in return for the exact amount of the gift certificate in advertising dollars. It does say no cashback however they should allow you to continue to use what’s left on that gift certificate at another time. The only one that got screwed here are the people to purchase those gift certificates. To me this is false advertising and a really poor way to do business. Shame on you Rendevous!!!!

Chicken in the chicken sandwiches are cheap frozen patties you can buy in the freezer section of a grocery store. won’t eat there again. Not much to chose from on their menu. The casino runners are friendly and they do offer complimentary drinks while you play.
