  So absolutely terrible that I took the time to download this app just to tell you that. Do not order from this restaurant. Placed my order online and when I hadn’t received it within an hr I called. The lady on the phone said that the driver had left with my order 15 mins prior. Waited another 30 mins, still no food! Called the store and cancelled my order. It doesn’t take 45 mins to drive 1 mile.

  Called from the hotel, they said they were open until 8:30 PM. It was only 7 PM and about a 5 min. walk. Got there and the doors were locked. Disappointed as I was looking forward to some good Chinese but not tonight.

  A Chinese Scolding with your buffet? Leave something uneaten and you’ll get one!. Among the first customers after opening, the buffet consisted of very few items, as if they wait for more customers to actually fill the buffet. The first items on the buffet were obviously reheated from the previous day*s buffett offering (can’t disguise THAT taste) and my plate was set aside. The waitress scolded me for food left on my plate, telling me that the food was very expensive and not to waste it! Trying to explain that the first dishes had that reheated taste but food recently set on the buffet was much better and we enjoyed it did no good, she only got louder throughout our meal!Perhaps if the staff tasted the reheated food that was set out first they would understand the reason that customers set it aside! Nothing was impressive at Shanghai Village to draw me back there ever again after that episode!
