Real Thai. I’ve had Thai food all over the Western United States and spent months in various parts of Thailand eating whatever was handy and local. Siam Thai is as authentic as any I have had. I’ve had the good fortune to eat here with large groups where we ordered eclectic mixes of entrees and appetizers, and I have literally never been disappointed. The service is often slow, but Thai food is generally cooked to order, so that is virtually always the case no matter where you find it. If you like coconut, I recommend the Masaman or Penang curries. The drunken noodles, beef salad, Rad Na, Phad Thai and Phad Siew are all very good. get the custard dessert..only get the mango in season, it’s not very good otherwise.

Good Thai. I love the chicken fried rice. A little slow to be seated and served the last time, but they were busy … would recommend!
One of my favorites in town. I love the clean white table cloths and real cloth napkins and the whole place just smells clean. I also like the simple, but thoughtful, touch of having real flowers in the middle of the table. The food is always spectacular. I agree with the one reviewer who said beware of their spicy food- it really is spicy. This is not a knock at the restaurant, they just aren’t messing around with their spiciness 🙂 Love Siam Thai!
Service OK, Food Delicious. Went during dinner rush and servers were overwhelmed, but the food made up for it! Flavors were spot on, and even my 2 year old tried a bit of everything. The green curry was delicious, and the fried rice was our favorite in town!
Meh. Ordered pad thai and pad see ew to go. Both were the poorest attempts at those two dishes I have ever had. Overcooked and flavorless, I really think they just reheated something cooked much much earlier in the day. Nothing even remotely fresh about either dish. Any microwaveable bowl of pad thai from the grocery store would have been infinitely better. I know any kitchen can have an off night, but saw enough to know I’ll never go back to this place.
Nice … until they got busy. We were the first diners arriving about 5:45. Nice ambience with real white tablecloths and napkins. The server arrived promptly and took our drink order followed shortly by taking our food order. The wine list is small but we were able to find a decent bottle for about $18.00. Our dinners were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The place filled up quickly once we arrived – almost to full capacity by the time we finished eating. And then the service took a nose dive. Our dirty plates sat in front of us for at least 15 minutes. They were picked up when we placed our credit card on the table in an effort to get our bill. The food itself was pretty good. My husband ordered sweet and sour chicken. Nice white chicken without an overpowering sweetness. The exterior was soft, however, and not crispy. Beware on the spicy dishes. I ordered the basil chicken that had a spicy indicator next to it on the menu. I am very fond of spicy food; but this was overly hot for me… jalapeno with the seeds, burning your lips hot. I never discovered the culprit for the heat so I assume it was in the sauce,. The chicken had good flavor but was diced/sliced so thin it was hard to get a good mouthful. The vegetables were plentiful and nice and crisp.
