Wrong order again!. For the third straight time I’ve ordered food from Sonic they’ve messed my order up. I go to Sonic about 5-6 per year so they’ve gotten my order wrong 50% of the time. Not good stats and the third time in a row is it for me. No more Sonic.
Desperately needs new management. They lost my Credit Card and instead of helping the employee try to find it the Manager was posting on Facebook
Really poor performance all around. Tots are either too done or raw, service is slow, spoon was not included with ice cream, etc…
Needs new management. I can’t believe the owners would trust such a high real estate investment to such poor management. I have been to this sonic 4 times. They have only got my order right once. The food is OK for the money, when they get the order correct. I have complained to two separate managers. They both said they are trying to get a new crew. What they need is new management. I guess they expect a fully trained crew right off the street. It was frustrating to see such obviously poor management point the finger at there crew. Hey Sonic, you should read these reviews and use them to your advantage to save the store in Billings MT. It won’t last with such POOR MANAGEMENT!
In dire need of new management. Food takes way too long to be brought out. The food is not that good compared to other Sonics. I’ve never had bad food from Sonic until trying this one.
Horrible food. Obviously haven’t changed the fryer grease for far too long. My onion rings tasted like cinnamon and sugar. Bathrooms were disgusting! Gross! Go somewhere else!
