Way downhill. Took my mom to dinner for Mother’s Day only to have a drunk Indian throw a drink on her outside the door. Then proceed to wait an hour and forty minutes for the worst Wild Boar Chops I have ever had.
Great Dinner. I can’t imagine anyone not giving this restaurant a rave review. Both the hostess that seated us and our waiter were extremely courteous, and knowledgeable about the current menu. My wife and I are not big eaters and look for food quality rather than quantity. We split the ribeye steak dinner and it was one of the best tasting steaks we’ve had in a long time. We also chose the smoked onion rings and wild mushrooms which were delicious.I can’t say it was slow because if your in a hurry to finish dinner in a place like this, than you are missing out on the whole dining experience. The atmosphere adds significantly and made the whole evening well worth the trip. As for price, you get what you pay for in this world, and it was more than reasonable for the great quality of the food. I highly recommend this restaurant. We might see you there because we will definitely be going back.
Poor service for no reason.. My wife and I went to TEN after having visited Walker’s. Save yourself the trouble and go to Walker’s. The service was terrible but the food was fantastic. I had the Cowboy Pork Chop and my wife had a steak. I like to take my time savoring my food but 1 1/2 hours is a bit too long. I had some fairly easy questions for the waitress that she seemed to take forever going to get an answer. Upon our arrival she offered to get us water and after requesting it two additional times and having the waitress blame someone else for not getting the water for us, after we noted the waitress filling water for another table, the water finally arrived.
Had a great dinner at the bar with my wife this afternoon. I had the pork belly tacos, and she had the hanger steak (md rare) with fries. We also had the smoked onion rings – awesome! – served with a tequila roasted red pepper aioli and fig balsamic jam…loved them! Perfect 10 margarita was great, and they had several local (MT) beers…Bozone, Angry Hanks Street Fight, 2 from Uberbrew, and Dragon’s Breath from Bayern. We were pleased; it was a great afternoon.
Old World Ambiance Meets New World Cuisine. Went to dinner at TEN with some friends. Between the delightfully old school atmosphere (red walls, leather booths, huge wood bar) and the varied and delicious food (I tried the pork tenderloin, roast beef, mashed potatoes, and chocolate covered strawberries and they were all great), TEN is just a wonderful place for an up-scale meal.And I have to say a word about the Brussels sprouts; convincing. Many people have tried to convince me that Brussels sprouts can be delicious in addition to being adorable, if they are prepared right. I’ve had them roasted, stewed, and baked and I’ve never liked them. I had never had them creamed until I ate at TEN and now I can finally say that I have been convinced; Brussels sprouts can be delicious.
Fall in Love with Brussels Sprouts. I really enjoyed my meal I had at TEN on the opening night. It was filled with salad, meat, chocolate covered strawberries and my new favorite thing… creamed brussels sprouts! I was very skeptical when creamed brussels sprouts came as part of the appetizer but was so surprised when they were one of the most delicious things I ate all night! I have always been a hater but TEN totally turned me around on brussels sprouts.I can’t wait to go back and have them again!
Very noisy. Service was was extremely slow. Overpriced. The decor is very nice. The Charcuterie Plate is very good. Braised Bison Short Ribs were excellent, but my wife’s seared salmon was barely average. There are better restaurants in Billings.
