Hidden Gem. OK, so if you’re in Wisdom this is anything but hidden. Heading to the Big Hole National Battlefield or fishing the infamous salmonfly hatchon the Big Hole River? This is the place to eat. I had the evening’s special of shrimp scampi (they were huge and cooked to perfection) with wild rice and it could easily compete in my hometown Seattle. Diane, the owner, provided personable and excellent service. The amibiance is mellow and the locals and visitors friendly. Our breakfast the following morning was as well prepared as dinner. Only wish I passed this way more often–although I now have a new excuse.
