Very rude young lady running the cash register….service at this establishment has gotten worse over the last few months and this was the last straw….sorry but I’m not going to pay a person’s wage that is disrespectful by patronizing this place !!
Too bad…. So I don’t do this often, and it pains me to write this, but I feel like I must. I and my family have been frequenting Village Inn Pizza for decades now…and have been some of their greatest chearleaders in the Billings community. Their service has been kinda off and on for the past few years, but today, they may have lost a customer. I am absolutely livid with the service me and my friends received while dinning there. Besides the over-iced pitcher of Pepsi we got and the lukewarm pizza, we were treated very disrespectfully by what I would describe as an overzealous young man who was not only rude, but hostile and knows nothing about good customer service. Thankfully I was able to point his behavior out to the owner, but I still can’t help but fear that my complaint fell on deaf ears. I won’t be encouraging anyone to go to Village Inn until they straighten that place out.
Great thin crust. Will try the Chicago style next time.
The only Pizza Parlor Left. This place has been around for a long time. I can walk in this place and the smell alone brings back memories. Awesome pizza, you can play on the arcade machines while you wait.
The Menu!. The menu listed above is not our menue. Some of the pizza names are correct but we do not have things such as chicken strips and what not. We have a Salad Bar, Sandwhiches, and Pizza. Soda, Milk, Wine and Beer is available. There is a Lunch Buffet Mon.-Fri. 11:30 till 1:30 and we open at 11. We have a Village Inn Special (peperoni, salami, sausage, onion, green pepper, black olive and mushroom), Kings Ransom (sausage, onion, green pepper), Royal (pepperoni, sausage, mushroom), Taco (taco meat, when finished topped with lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomato), and a Marshal Special (canadian bacon, peperoni, mushroom and italian sausage) as our specialty pizzas. We have a varity of toppings to where you can create your own pizza (we do not have chicken as a topping), we can do half and half pizzas as well. We have two different crust types, the original thin crust and and Chicago thick crust. Everything is made fresh daily, we make our own sauce, our own dough, we cut all the vegitables that go onto the pizza and salad bar. Our sizes are the lunchin (8inches), small (10inches), medium (14inches) and a Giant Family (16inches). Our Pizza Parlor has been family run and owned for the 43 years it has been open. We have games for kids to play and plenty of room for parties of all types. We would love to see you all there!!
This is one of our favorite local restaurants. The staff is always friendly and the environment is laid back.
A Hole in the Wall. This is the kind of place that you’d think has awful food – and you’d be wrong. Yes, the interior leaves something to be desired, and yes, the windows make everything look dirty. But the pizza is just simply yummy. Look beyond appearances and have a slice and a beer.
