Hum.funny people different tastes. The toppings are all fresh not canned. I like real good not canned. Audrey’s uses all fresh veggies.if you are used to a Tony’s pizza then this is not your your place.thin crest mean thin crest if you like fillers and msg this is not the place for you.if you like pre made crust or pizza baked in a rapid conveyer oven this is not the place for you. Tarintinos is OK but rude help and slices are not fresh or good mac pizza is now a low quality high profit chance, its okay but not super. I like Audrey’s never had a bad pie and the sandwiches are the bestand real home made bread.I am a picky eater, I ask about the food I eat and how its prepared. I Know they make there own dough and sause the ingredients are fresh not canned like most. Never tasted like rubber….infact crisp. Love the food.
Rubber pizza. Better be starving….. Another rubber pizza! I wrote the review below after trying a couple different pizzas from Audrey’s. Against my better judgment, and to meet my 3 strikes criteria for posting less than positive reviews, I just ordered again. This time I ordered a basic combo pizza; the litmus test, if you will. I want this pizza to taste good. But it doesn’t. It tastes like Rosa’s- and by that I mean rubber- that is: no bueno. So, the review below stands. As a qualifier, I would estimate that I sample at least 35-40 pizzas a year, and probably more. First the good: Great service. Likeable, friendly people, a clean atmosphere, prompt service, and good dcor. Audrey’s appears to have hired the right people. I know these intangibles are very difficult to nail, so I give Audrey’s props here. Kudos to Audrey’s for getting that challenging part right. I sense the owners want to create an exceptional restaurant. Unfortunately, the good parts mentioned above are not enough to create a positive dining experience on the whole, which in the end depends on the quality of the food.I am eating the Audrey’s pizza I ordered as I write this, with the help of some beers and a pool of BBQ sauce. Really, I don’t see the attraction. Tastes like Ragu sauce on a bland, fairly dry crust. I usually enjoy thin crust pizza, but this just tastes flat. The toppings are average at best, though I feel Audrey’s is making an effort here. The pizza tastes rubbery, bland and heavy. I apologize if this seems vague, but the food itself just tastes vague, and vague food is just, well, bland. The verdict: Dang it, I want this to be good pizza! And the old Kwik Way site is a prime venue for such an endeavor. Many Bridger skiers have philosophized about the perfect business to fill the space. I had hoped Audrey’s would be the one. But it’s not, at least not yet. I feel Audrey’s is still coasting on novelty and esoteric history. Look to the other local purveyors of pie for better pizza. Cosmic, Mack River and Tarantino’s are all better. There are a couple others as well, but they are not really pizza joints per-se, so are not really worth mentioning. Conclusion: I’m from Bozeman- a local through and through- and I do remember the original Audrey’s, however nostalgia does not sate my hunger, nor please my taste buds. I want to see local businesses thrive, but this one isn’t doing it for me. I look forward to revising my rating if a future experience effects my opinion.
For The Cheese Lover!!. Tried their pizza a while back and loved it. It satisfied the cheese lover in me. For me a good pizza is when you take a bit and cheese is just pulling away and doesn’t break off with one bite. The sauce is good, and service is wonderful.
Amazing!. This is the best pizza i can remember having ate. We ordered a large pepperoni, jalapeno, feta cheese, and garlic pizza between the 3 of us and devoured it before we knew what was happening. Definitely going there again and recommending to everyone I know. Plus, the service is the best
Audrey’s Pizza Oven. Among other strengths this place has perhaps the sweetest atmosphere and service of any in the area. The food is tasty, well-presented and not-too-expensive (as always try to avoid treating a group of fifteen on your own) I’d have to say it’s my favorite overall restaurant in town. One slight negative, if you order pasta instead of pizza ask them to bring it out hot–my spaghetti w/ meatballs was less than piping hot but good anyway. Also, you won’t find thick crust or Chicago-style pizza here–it’s strictly thin and elegant.Trust me I’m a professional.
