Two for dinner after a road trip to Livingston. We split a Burnt Ends and Smoked Brat Platter. This included 2 hefty sides… Mac & Cheese and Cheesy Grits. The burnt ends had a well balancedkiss ofsmoke that we both foundvery flavorful…a well done offering. The brats, however, got a mixed review. My wife loved the texture and taste. I found them to lack the crisp, grilledfeel that I look for ineach bite…almost like they were boiled.The selection of in-house made sauces was very good. We bothliked the Cattle Drive best… it married exceptionally well with the burnt ends. The sides were also well done. The Mac & Cheese was creamy and moist. The cheesy grits were unlike any grits I have evereaten, but good.The friendly and helpful service we encountered at the order station was commendable.

Had dinner here while in town for skiing. I love BBQ so I had to give it a shot. The sauces were good but there were a few that tasted the same which was odd. The spicy had some kick so I was happy. The brisket was a little dry. I think that comes from reheating it. The burnt tips had good flavor. The sides really shine here. The Mac and cheese is perfect. The mashed taters were like mom makes. I would eat here again and try to help them figure out how to keep the meat moist.
