I have been persuading friends to opt for Cafe M on Kagy when they suggest the nearby coffee shop which I explain to them is both noisy and very expensive. I had the spicy chai (there are about five Chai options) and a scone for VERY agreeable prices, the scone, surprisingly moist and delicious, and my friends and I enjoyed sitting in the soft, leather chairs and hearing ourselves. I noticed tables empty but also a table or two with language classes ( private) taking place. The gals who work there are a sweet bunch. Lots of sunlight too.

Rocky Mountain was way better!. I have tried many things at the cafe M. To name a few of my favorites I have had their chai tea, their pumpkin spice latte and their caramel latte. The pumpkin pie latte was chunky, the chai was disquesting and the caramel latte tasted like syrup and hot milk. I could not taste any espresso. I used to go to Rocky Mountain Roasting alot and so I tried going to cafe M. But nothing I have is good. Not to mention the service is meteokre. I always get a bagel with my coffee or tea and they place my bagel in the toaster and always forget it or forget the creme cheese or whatever. Will not be going back, expecially when I am paying over $6.00 for a bagel and a small coffee.

I am a vegetarian, so I didn’t have much choice. I got the hot sandwich, the mousetrap. It was just slightly melted cheese with mayo/yellow mustard. I love grilled cheese, but this was kinda gross. It came with very stale potato chips. For $7.75. Won’t be trying it again. Sorry.
