We came in with no reservation and were treated very poorly! The food was good, but service (especially the host) was aweful! Don’t let the cool venu and branding fool you!! This place needs work on their customer service!!!
Poor Service…good food. The owner is RUDE. Had dinner here 7/22/2014 and made a PATIO reservation several days in advance. The host (and sadly, I believe the owner) accidentally gave our seat to someone else, and as the patio was full, said we would have to wait for another table to leave (approx. 30 min). When asked if we could have 2 beers on the house while we waited for the mistake, he laughed and said no in a rather condescending way. We ended up with a table in the back that had a great view of the parking lot and their garbage. When a table became available later on the patio, no effort whatsoever was made to give it to us (even though we asked again). The food was good but the owner needs a lesson in customer service.
Just ate lunch in this Wonderful little spot! So excited, feel like I’ve discovered gold! Had a panini called the Bronx, with salami, kalamatas, and artichokes and the husband had a lamb burger. it was refreshing and an all around success! great soup and eager staff.
We left feeling like dinner was overpriced. A few years ago we went to Fresco Cafe all the time. Twice we had terrible service from the same waiter and so didn’t go back for about a year. The last two times we have gone the service has been exceptional and the food so-so. The portions are too small and there is no salad or soup to begin the meal. Each entree was about 14.00. We left very unsatisfied. For the price we will not return.
First, service was a pleasure. A waitress who showed she cared. The food had a unique flare, was not overly seasoned, and was definitely a delight. Great attention to wine details.

NO, NO, NO. Looking for good Italian? Don’t eat here! The food (including the pesto and the marinara) is bland. Service is poor, almost rude. Tables are too close together; no privacy. With everything so tight, you can’t even have a quiet private conversation at dinner. We had to ask for utensils, salt, pepper, etc. Little salads ended up all over the table because the plates are so small. Our server never checked to see if we were satisfied, didn’t offer coffee, desert, or beverages other than wine. This was a really disappointing dinner. We will not go back and we live in Bozeman!
