Multi-generational, Family friendly (5 kids) restaurant. Had the whole family (3 generations) visiting, and g’mother loves Korean food- so we went and the waitstaff and owner were very chatty, friendly, and accommodating. Husband asked them to fry the chicken dumplings, usually found in a soup menu item, and serve as appetizer- which they were willing to do for the first time. Super large lunch/dinner portions, but my main criticism is the sweetness- gparents are diabetic and I could tell they were uncomfortable with the level of sweetness of their dish (chicken-veg noodles combo). My seafood noodle dish was not nearly as sweet, but sweet nonetheless. All the kids were quite satisfied (what kid doesn’t like sweet anything?), and I’m always grateful when the staff is patient/forgiving/ of their behavior- which they were. I would ask them to half the sweetness of our orders next time. Good value; would take the family here again.10 Jan, 2015Multi-generational, Family friendly (5 kids) restaurant. Everything About I-Ho’s is FANTASTIC. From the food, to the prices, to I-Ho herself, it is all top notch. The food is incredible on its own. It’s always an added bonus when I-Ho stops by your table. The women has amazing cooking skills to go along with her amazing personality. Keep up the great work I-Ho. We will continue to frequent your establishment on a regular basis.
