I absolutely love the naked noodle. My favorite dish is the monkey wrench. The only drawback is the restaurant is so small that it easily feels cramped. But I will be back hundreds of times.
Naked noodle is a good option if you need a place with broad appeal-they serve a variety of dishes with a variety of taste profiles. It has never impressed me, however, and I never opt to eat there. For all the variety, it usually still ends up tasting like plain noodles tossed with a few toppings and none of the flavors ever seem to permeate the dish.
Good food, terrible service. Every time I’ve eaten here (5+ times) I’ve greatly enjoyed the food. However, for such an interesting restaurant, they hire the worst staff. Faced with giggly teenage girls who talk in a monotone voice and roll their eyes when you modify orders, I’ve now decided ‘to go’ is the only way to enjoy this restaurant. That being said, the food is wonderful, and very quick. Highly recommend anything with the Korean BBQ Beef and the Singapore Stinger is also great.
I love the idea of the Naked Noodle, but their cooks are so inconsistent that the idea falls flat. Both my brother and I have noticed that the flavor and quality (of the same menu items) vary each time we go. Sometimes great, sometimes lacking.
I absolutely love the naked noodle, especially the alfredo and four cheese pasta. My only complaint would be the price, my friends and I all feel it would be a place we’d go more often if everything was a dollar or two cheaper.
