I love the Olive Garden anyways but there have been some times we have had bad service. We stopped in Bozeman on our cross country trip and it was above and beyond what we expected. I don’t remember our servers name but he was amazing!!!! Service was great, food was fast from the kitchen and tasted great. The overall experience was wonderful but it was mainly because of our server!!!
No problems. I am not sure what upset the two negative reviews, but my experience was quite good. OG is not fine dining but the food was predictable and the service was very pleasant. I was seated quickly, attended to immediately, did not have to wait for any phase after that. I think it is very safe to return for good, basic franchise restaurant food.

Extremely disappointed!!!. I have never come across such horrible customer service in my whole life! The management is terrible!! After being seated we waited 15 minutes without a single staff member waiting on w us or even acknowledging us! Meanwhile, all the tables around us were being served and waited on. After telling a hostess of our problem still nobody came or even acknowledged us!! Finally we flagged down a waitress from our section and she came to take our drinks, but after all that we were so angry, we just left. Not one apology. Frankly, I would rather have a rude waiter/waitress than have ones that did not even acknowledge my presence! I will never come back! Frankly I am appalled! Just terrible!
