Lately when we go to Outback they seat us next to kitchen, even though the entire restaurant is empty. The food is good but only if you don’t mind hearing kitchen sounds in an entirely empty restaurant. We have stopped going there.
Had a terrible experience here. It took forever to get our food and when they finally brought everyone else’s food out the waitress informed me that they were out of the meal I ordered. I was so annoyed I didn’t order anything else. On top of that my fianc’s steak was basically a hamburger patty with some spice. I hadn’t been to Outback for years and don’t plan on going again anytime soon.
Valentine’s Day Dinner. He had a sirloin with mushrooms and lobster sauce and I had a beef porterhouse. His was done just right and only had one piece of grizzle. My porterhouse was a melt in my mouth piece of pure enjoyment! Annie, the waitress was not only cute, but had a personality to match it! The welcome was warm and friendly and despite long waiting lines and a ton of people, the staff seemed very calm and friendly and really kept things moving right along. It was a most wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner!
Sorry, this missed the mark on both service and food. Twice our hot tea water was cold and the steaks were the toughest I’ve ever tried to eat . Waiter had no apologies to make even though it was very clear by the leftover steak on the plate that it was terrible.
We went in late to the bar and got food to go. The staff was super friendly and let us hang out while they cleaned. Great customer service
Outback is usually pretty consistent and decent wherever we go. This one is hit or miss with service and food. Our last visit was a miss on both. Won’t be going back for a while if ever…
