Wish the service wasnt so bad. The food here is great and fair priced but time and time again I continually am let down by their service. One time it took them 40 minutes to make me a plate of french fries when the entire store was empty. Another time they completely forgot to make our order then when we asked them why it was taking so long they forgot a second time! I have just come to learn that this place doesn’t care about customer service
Why did you change your chili, it’s seriously the worst thing I’ve ever had? I used to love your guys food but I won’t eat there again til you change the chili back.
Paulies has always bad great food, but recently their workers/customer service seems to have gone down the drain. They’re constantly cursing or bickering with each other making it really awkward and unwelcoming. What happened??

Ew, Ew, a Thousand Times EW!!!. WTF did you guys do to your chili??? It is now the NASTIEST stuff I have EVER tasted. It totally ruined my chili cheese fries! It doesn’t even qualify as a chili anymore. It is more like a sloppy joe mix with a really gross aftertaste. BLECH!!! >:-(
