Since this place changed hands, I saw a small decline in consistency. But overall it's still in my top 4 pizzas in town. Great everyday lunch special.…

Great Riceballs, Pizza, and Tiramisu. The spouse and I dined there over the weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Living in Wyoming for two years has really lowered our expectations when it comes to Pizza, as we are both NYC pizza snobs. In Wyoming every pizzaria must use Pizza Hut as the model for what pizza should be, which is very sad. The pizza at Pizza Campania was really, really good. Excellent thin crispy crust. Fresh marinara sauce. Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella from Italy. The chef does go easy on the salt, so I had to add salt to all of my dishes, but I’d rather it be that way than too much salt. We also had Rice Balls, that were also truly excellent. The chef is definitely passionate about creating an authentic Italian dining experience. The Tiramisu that we shared for dessert was excellent as well. Lastly, our server, Will, really went out of his way to make us feel welcome and make sure we were taken care of. Outstanding restaurant and we will be back.
Fantastic crust!. I had a great evening at Pizza Campania. The service was prompt and friendly, the menu was extensive, and the food was wonderful. The entire restaurant was full by 5:30 (so I’d recommend going early). It was hard to decide what to order, as there were several pastas, pizzas, and salads that caught my eye. Many of these dishes are not found on other menus in town, certainly not most pizza spots. I shared a small pizza and had a lovely salad with roasted butternut squash in it. The pizza crust is the best in town. It’s fired perfectly, thin and crispy. The only thing thing I would say that was negative about the experience- I’m glad I had pizza to share, because the large size salad was not quite large enough for me, even with a nice huge Hefeweisen. But I will certainly go back.
Best Pizza…. Campania has the best pizza in bozeman, great prices and an awesome beer selection – I usually drink the local Madison Salmon Fly. The pizzas are made with the best ingredients – 00 flour and san marzano tomatoes. It appears there are some spammers, probably neighboring restaurants, who feel threatened and are trying to put up bogus reviews (like the one below). This is my go to pizza place.
Absolutely terrible. Let me describe the scene in front of me to give you an idea of what will happen to you if you go to this establishment. I have two tiny pieces of pizza that not only not what I ordered but cost more then what I paid in New York at one of the most acclaimed pizza joints in the world. They clearly have no idea what ingredients make up a margarita pizza or are able to cook it with out without getting ash all over the bottom. The ingredients on both of the pizza I ordered of of the lowest quality and so scarce I need to put on my glasses to find them. This is a warning to all those considering going to or getting take out from this place… You will get almost no food, it will taste horrible, and you will spend way to much money. So be warned and stay away, then maybe this place will do us all a favor and go out of business.
Looked good, too bad we never got to try it.. We can’t review the food because we left before it came. Walked in on a Fri. night, 7:30, in a room that seats 52 minus the small bar there were 23 seats taken. With 4 servers on the floor it took about 10 minutes to be sat, seemed a bit odd with a 1/2 empty restaurant. Got drinks and our order taken in a relatively timely manner, that’s where it ends. We got and finished our salads then waited 25 minutes before a waitress (not ours) stopped and asked if we were waiting on food. We told here we were and were shocked when it took 5 minutes before our waitress came to the table and told us she forgot to place our pizza order because she was waiting for us to finish our salads. ???. At the point another 15 minutes went by we asked to pay for what we did have and left. My wife and her family have 4 decades of restaurant ownership and are more on the sympathetic side when it comes to service and she was irate. With each server having 3 or 4 tables at the most, 10 minutes to get checked on is unacceptable. One would think with over 4 months to work things out they would have it dialed in by now.
We went for dinner on a Wednesday night. WOW! it was excellent. We had the Vesuvius pizza which was spicy but not too spicy. Also my husband ordered a Caesar salad and normally I don’t like Caesar salad but this 1 was great. Also terrific service. I highly recommend this place.
They got it right. Great pizza, lotsa choice, personable service and great beer selection. REAL draft! Have been 3 times and will go again this weekend. Thin crust, fresh ingredients
