This is one of my favourite places to eat in Bozeman. I eat here every chance I can get and it always is just as amazing as the first time I had it.
Fantastic fried chicken! We went here twice in 4 days it was so good. They serve real sweet tea (sweet enough to pass in the south), which I like mixing with unsweetened. The sides- loved the peppery mashed potatoes, biscuits were good, its impossible to find fried okra anywhere in Montana and it is done really well, but I would not reorder the mac-n-cheese.
Amazing!. The biggest dilemma we faced was trying to moderate our eating of the really tasty dinner to save room for the truly excellent house-made ice cream. This was especially difficult because they offer deviled eggs as an appetizer and really nice salads in addition to the fried chicken. I don’t often eat until I hurt, but it couldn’t be helped at Roost Fried Chicken. Highly recommended.
