Unbelievable. Daughter had chunks of glass in her water. After letting server know and waiting for her to find mgr for 10 or so minutes. They took $11 of $50 check. Mgr didn’t even come to table to apologize or check on us. Food average.
Worst service I think I’ve ever had. Our waitress Sophia seemed like she was drunk and a quick bite on main turned into a 3 hour ordeal. Could not get anyone’s attention to save our lives and we were all given the wrong drinks but kept them anyway for fear of being stuck there longer. Will not go back.
GREAT CHIMI–Had the spring chicken chimichanga at the request of the waiter. It was AMAZING!!!! Waiter was really nice bit the kitchen was really REALLY slow. Prices were high… 2 out of 5 stars on that. Quantity was good 3 out of 5 on that…. Just average as it had no sides bit the chimi was big. Quality was 6 put of 5 the very best chimi I have ever eaten!!!!!

Gone downhill. The portion sizes have gotten smaller while the prices have gone up. It’s hit and miss with the service as well. The downtown restaurants staff looks like they came straight from class to work. Baseball hats, t-shirts, and blue jeans. None of the waitresses have uniforms. I can understand casual…but c’mon. The bartender looked like he just came from football practice. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The waitresses were often texting with their phones….. we won’t be going back.
Food out of a Can, Bag and Box. The food was clearly straight out of a can, salad was not fresh or even presentable and the cheese enchilada tasted microwaved. When Taco Bell gets it ten times better for under $5 per person, why would anyone want to pay $12 to $18 for processed cheese and dried out sides? The servers lacked knowledge and where we sat all we could hear was the bartender complaining about everything. Odd place. Horrible restaurant experience. Must be operated by college kids and I can’t imagine that they have ever employed anyone with culinary talent. An empty dining room always tells a story I guess.
Lackluster Waitstaff, Good Food. In short, I did not have a nice experience. My server (who shall remain nameless) had no other tables on a Tuesday night. Took her 5+ minutes to greet us (which is a long time in a dead restaurant), flavored lemonades not mixed, and even rolled her eyes when I asked for lime with my water. By the way, it came with lemon. The food came out extremely quickly, and was quite nice. Ordered the Fiesta Quesadilla and the other person dining with me ordered a Pork Verde combination plate. Aside from said server forgetting to bring half his meal, the food was nice. The crown in this jewel was the hostess, as we left, texting openly on her phone, looking up to halfheartedly say ‘byyeeee’ as we left.
