Terrible service and management. I tried to like Sola, really did. The food is mediocre on a good day and very expensive, service is always bad. Ordered sandwiches that were served on old dry bread. When I asked how long my latte would be (after waiting 15 minutes) the server told me that I just have to be patient since there were ALOT of orders in front of mine (ummm….were they not expecting coffe orders in the morning at A COFFEE SHOP) he then shoved my latte at me without a thank you. Also gave me the wrong items in my order and were out of many of the bakery items by 9:00 a.m. Just unkempt kids running this place. Ridiculous!
Coffee and pastries. Really good place to have a cup of coffee, have a fresh baked pastry and catch up with friends or homework. Kind of expensive for town, but they have great service, a nice and clean place and one of the best selections among pies, cookies, cakes, tarts, brownies and other treats to enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee. Have dine there before but I wasn’t impressed with their overall menu.
Love Sola. Great treats. Kind staff. Well thought out. The only downside is the $5 cc / debit card min.
Best crescent I have had stateside. One of my favorite light brunch and coffee spots.
The layout is awful, the people are rude, the food is blah, and dishes were dirty. They brought a latte to the table that had spilled half of it all over the saucer. This was the first and last time we will be visiting.
Good locally sourced food, good pastries, good coffee, very snobby service. I love going to Sola for some tea and a snack, but the girls behind the counter are always aloof, at best, and downright rude at worst. The prices are also rather high… mixed feelings for sure.
Food wasn’t anything special and the two girls that helped us were complete b**ches
