Perfectly prepared garlic buttery escargot. My husband ordered the 160z Cognac marinated ribeye with fresh made mac & cheese and sauted spinach. I ordered the bone in 22oz rosemary and red wine demi glace lamb shank with garlic mashed red potatoes and grilled asparagus. Kale salad wonderful!! My husband ordered Chicken Marsala, excellent. I had lamb. My cab wine was a touch too cold… However correct temp once the meal was served. Both entrees came with a generous serving of asparagus. I will come back again to try bison! Great protein choices with nicely prepared vegetables!
