Good Food – Horrible Service. Gotta agree with the gal below me about whoever is taking the order. Not only was the person taking my order rude (told me I better tip well as I only had a $100 dollar bill to pay with and needed change), but he didn’t communicate the location or need-for-change to the driver. So after an hour, the driver calls and figures out where the place is. Poor driver – the guy taking the order never bothered to tell him to even bring change. Cue them taking another half hour to drive back to the restaurant, get change, and return with my food. No matter how good the pizza was, I couldn’t get the bad taste of terrible service out of my mouth.
The one time I’ve ordered from this place, for delivery, the ‘gentleman’ taking my order was a complete ass. Intentionally. When I asked questions about a certain menu item he scoffed, when I asked he confirm my order he stated it incorrectly and when I corrected him he said, ‘um, YEAH, that’s what I SAID’ and when I asked if I could pay with a card he spat out, ‘Yeah, um, whenever you’re ready…’ and when I asked him to hold just a second while I retrieved my wallet, heard him pull the phone away and mutter ‘oh my GOD.’. I then decided to cancel my order due to his appalling lack of not only customer service, but manners. I don’t care how good your pizza is, though I’ve heard it’s just mediocre, I will never offer my patronage to a place who finds it acceptable to let their employees represent their company in such an atrocious way.
