I frequent the Rouse location with my two young children. They love the baked goods (so do I) and hot chocolate and I love their coffee! Excellent, friendly service and a warm inviting atmosphere.
Great coffee & food, especially the baked goods. I have been going to The Daily for years and it is consistent with excellent service. The location off Rouse is especially good on your way in & out of town. The project where it is located is an old industrial site that has been redeveloped with some cool buildings and stores.
Nice bakery, mediocre espresso, HORRIBLE SERVICE!. We go to the Rouse location probably 1-2 times per week and consistently their baked goods are nice, coffee is good (depending on who is pulling shots), and service is horrible. I have never been to a place that can day after day have such crappy service. I’ve literally had my change thrown at me, rude comments, and just unfriendly service time after time. It is appalling…..and I’m sure I can’t be the only customer offended.So you’re probably wondering why I bother going back? Good question and as soon as The Rockford opens their new location up the street I won’t! That day can’t come quickly enough.
