About

El Topo is a casual, Taqueria (southern californian) type Mexican restaurant, and serves many families. Seating is first come, first serve. We feature a children's menu, a full bar with hand made Margaritas and Mexican draft beers, along with a menu of homemade food that consists of tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, burritos, 5 kinds of Fajitas, and several house special dishes such as Pork Verde, Chili Coloraldo, Pork Carnitas, and a nice selection of salads and soups, all made from scratch. Vegetarian and gluten free items are available, and our Pinto beans, Black beans, and rice are all non meat. The Guacamole is made fresh daily along with our salsa and hot corn chips, which we charge $1.50 For....And well worth it, (same price for 24 years). We get real busy in the summer, so please be patient with us. Tell us what you need and ask us about what you want. Viva La Mexico!

We have eaten here a handful of times and have been pleased every time. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service is great and the food is very good. We like to stop in after a day on the lake. We will be back soon!

Food was good but pricey. Only ate here once and have decided not to return as there are better options in this category in the area.

Worse Mexican food I’ve ever tasted. Salsa was weirdly sweet, and the meal was very bland. Our neighbor has been there twice, and says the same thing.
