Authentic Montana roadhouse. Everything on the menu is sourced in Montana. So plenty of red meat, including cuts of grass fed beef and elk. Wine selection is better than most of the touted dining places in town and any bottle on the menu can be purchased by the glass which is inspired! Not a stop for Quinoa enthusiasts! Meats and accompaniments are fresh and well plated. Best was the burger! Wait, what do you do with a burger to draw raves? How about a garlic, mushroom, bacon reduction mixed with heavy cream, combined with freshly ground cuts of beef, then oven roasted like you would prime rib. Putting ketchup on one of these is an act of vandalism. Zach may be the best chef between the Divide and the eastern suburbs of Seattle. Glad to see him in his own establishment and at the controls.
