In the traditional Japanese culture, the color Blue signifies purity and cleanliness. It is also a representation of calmness and stability. Coupled with Samurai, translated as those who serve; up until the Meiji Restoration of 1868, the Samurais lead to the abolition of the feudal system. These warriors dominated the Japanese government as powerful, prideful and upper echelons of the warrior class. Similarly, by merging the two symbolic meaning of the words, here at Blue Samurai, we take pride not only in our excellent service, cleanliness but also what we bring to the table, literally! New Year’s Eve. Was able to get there for lunch. Japanese food being our favorite oriental food, it is a great find. The food and service was superb! We will be sure to visit again in the future.
We didnt expect much going in, but were very surprised. The rolls were great, fish very fresh. We had the super protein roll and the lollipop roll. Loved both with the Super the most. Would glady go back of we lived in the area.
This place is outstanding. We are from Seattle and are used to fresh fish. We had the best shashimi tuna. The popcorn shrimp were awesome. We love saki and they had some high end choices. I have been here before and it never disappoints.
