We recently visited town and went to Hop’s. It was an average experience. We shared the crab cakes appetizer which was good. We shared the Thai burger and felt that favoring lacked depth and was just spicy. The burger was over cooked but the house made chips were good. The atmosphere is fun but small so there can be a wait.
If you know good food you won’t like it here. Good wine list, everything else is dated and boring. Went to this restaurant twice, first time four years ago and nothing has changed. If you want the classiest experience in kalispell, this is it.
ate here last night and everything was superb. we had never been to Kalispell before and the waiter was extremely helpful. he even found a new favorite sour beer for me!
Tasty. Had the shrimp and crab cakes as well as a bowl of tomato soup.both very tasty. Was undecided on a beer so they offered me a sample, which was nice. Decent service too.
Excellent everything!. Not on was our server courteous and knowledgeable, he was efficient and friendly. The Belgium beer we tried was delightful. And the food…..yum! The tomato and roasted garlic soup was amazing! Also, the shrimp & crab cakes were divine! We look forward to visiting again.
The way it should be. Called 15 minutes before they opened and they answered gleefully. Took my order to go gladly. Had it ready when the said they would and as always it was deeeeelicious. We live in West Glacier but when we eat in Kalispell we almost always choose Hops. We have never been disappointed with the food or service.
Eastern slopes couple. Very good again the soup was outstanding as was the Buffalo burger that we shared. service although very busy was above normal.
