Reminds me of a school cafeteria. Don’t get it. Your veg head friends will basically have nothing to choose from. Makes the Mongolian place next door look like the Taj Mahal.

Food was alright, however the customer service sucked. Me and my husband were in line, and I ordered a 3 item to share with my son, and my husband ordered a 2 item. We were rushed to choose what we wanted.. For my 3rd item I asked for a teriyaki chicken. She didn’t put it on the plate.. Just brought both our plates to the till. At the till, where we were standing right in front ready to pay, visa in hand, we were skipped over and the guy behind us was charged. Um, hello?! Wasn’t impressed. Then she helped the person after him! My husband wanted to walk away with our free meal, which we could have, and should have. But I asked loudly when we were going to get helped. She then charged us, and I reminded her my plate should be a 3 item, and I was waiting on my teriyaki chicken. She said she’s bring it to us. No apology.. Whatever. Went and sat down, began eating. After 10 min I asked how long until the chicken was done, she said she’s being it right to is. Okay awesome! 15 minutes later, she brought the chicken to us. No apology for the wait. After our meal was done. So I had to go back up and get a to go box. They weren’t too busy. Had about 4 or 5 open tables… I hope the girl was new, and she’s just getting the hang if this.. Bc she was horrible. No excuse to treat customers like this .. But the food was good. Not sure if I’ll go back.
Like it a lot!. I have found at times (busy) that some food items are low or gone.But it doesn’t take long and I like the idea of fresh food. The tastesare wonderful and consistent, the staff is friendly, the price is agood deal for the quantity and quality. In my opinion…..love it.
This was the slowest service I have received at any chain resturant. Items were out of stock ( egg rolls, pot stickers, Beijing beef, beef and broccoli). The place seemed to be under the management of teenagers. The food however is good and consistent with other panda express resturants. I would not recomend eating here if you are in a hurry.
