I met the owners of the establishment a year ago in a bakery in North Glacier. They mentioned they own a restaurant and said the BBQ was just like the kind served in the South. I’m from North Carolina and know some great BBQ joints so I was a bit dubious whether they could replicate the magic. I can now say that it is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had and like all great BBQ establishments its out in the middle of nowhere. Great place to go after visiting Yellowstone! Beer is at a very reasonable price as well!

This Place Smokes!!!. Had a pulled pork sandwich served on a fresh baked ciabatta roll from next door. Great smoked flavor on the meat, and the hearty roll stood up well to the moist meat and sauce unlike a white hamburger bun served at most places. This was the best pulled pork I’ve had in quite some time. Can’t wait to try the ribs!
