I would highly recommend Ciao Mambo to anyone in the area. We sat at the bar which was a great option. We got to watch the chefs cook which was a great experience; they took a lot of care to make the plates look beautiful. Hunter was working on apps today and he talked to us for the night and kept us entertained. He was so incredibly nice and helpful. Theresa was our server tonight. Again, absolutely incredible. She took the time to answer all of my needless, random questions happily. The food was absolutely incredible but the staff was amazing.

The staff used to look like they were having so much fun and the customers all looked happy. Now the staff look miserable and the customers walk on egg shells. Do not dare offer a suggestion to the new manager – he will take a strip off you.
