BBQ slow smoked with Flathead cherrywood. Our menu changes daily with St ribs, pulled pork, tri-tip and pork loin. Brisket is available on a limited basis Friday and Saturday. While we no longer offer onsite catering we are happy to provide great BBQ for your function, just give me a call.
