With perfectly good intentions I contacted Loula’s about my experience at the restaurant Friday night. At first we had a misunderstanding. But Shaun listened and apologized. They are an outstanding restaurant that is an asset to the Valley. I look forward to an updated menu. It will be a Dinner Hotspot.
